|Recommended: YesCompetent and Manageable place to live — Great staff, good property, and quality construction and lay out. The noise from the second floor down to the first floor can be heard easily when there are dogs, but otherwise it's fine.
|Recommended: YesSome of the best apartments in Eugene — I swear these are some of the best apartments I have seen in Eugene My apartment is quiet, the staff is friendly, and I love that the residence is gated. I feel incredibly safe living here and it has been a comfortable experience since day one. The units can be a little bit pricey in comparison to other places, but keep in mind this includes most utilities and all of the perks of living here. The price is totally worth it

I think she is very helpful and caring about the residents' living feelings. She helped me to deal with several issues here, and everything is very good after her help
Chris and Gabby are very friendly and professional. The staff members here are all very nice
The only thing I found probably but not happen to this apartment, probably to all the apartments in Eugene, The wall is thin so I could hear my neighbors often. But Chris and Gabby are always there to help with the noise issues effectively. The management here is so satisfying, it is the best management in Eugene.
|Recommended: YesA modern and well-appointed apartment. — Living at Chase Courtyards is a very pleasant experience. We love the quality of the appliances in our apartment, the high ceilings, and the granite countertops. It's particularly nice to have a washer dryer combo and a dishwasher
Having access to a pool, gym, electric bikes, and high-end grills feels quite luxurious. My fianceè and I have enjoyed many BBQs in the courtyard.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have been pleased with the speed and responsiveness of maintenance requests. Additionally, the shared spaces such as the lobbies and stairwells are cleaned regularly.
During the Covid-19 pandemic it has been encouraging to see the staff encouraging the use of facemasks in shared spaces with the use of signs and reminders.
I would definitely recommend this complex to friends, particularly couples or working professionals looking for a quality and trendy lifestyle.
